It is decorated in a contemporary style it is situated on the 1st floor (2nd level) of a 3 level building without elevator. It is safe and quiet as it is off the main street and the windows face the courtyard. The main entrance has a built-in electronic security system. It has a wooden flooring except for the kitchen and bathroom which have tiles. This traditional Parisian neighbourhood has a great variety of shops, nice restaurants, cafes, a nearby supermarket, the famous Parc Monceau. It is not far from the Palais de Congrès, Place de l'Etoile and the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysées. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a firm mattress. The living room has a sofa may be converted to a bed for an adult by night. It is equipped with a cable TV with CNN and BBC and unlimited high speed internet local connection or WIFI. The phone allows free calls to USA. The open-style kitchen is very well equipped with an electric stove (2 electric burners), a refrigerator, an electric oven and micro-wave, a coffee maker and a complete set of crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine. A rack to dry your clothes through, is included. The bathroom has an excellent shower cabin with good water pressure, the toilet is attached, furnished with a small closet, and washbasin too. We provide bed linens and a set of bath towels.
