Naturally, it is within walking distance to the Louvre Museum, Centre Pompidour/Beaubourg, the Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and numerous other monuments and places of interest in the Marais and the latin district. Supermarkets, restaurants, café are within 30-50 metres reach.

The wooden parquet apartment measures 55m² or 592 sq ft and is on the 3rd floor without elevator. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room.

The bedroom
