It is decently located at rue Tiquetonne in the pedestrian quarter of Montorgueil right in the centre of Paris, next to the Eglise St Eustache.

Numerous shops and commerce makes daily life very easy.
On rue Montorgueil: open air market.
On rue Etienne Marcel: trendy coffee terrace and top designers shops.
Close to the fast underground-subway: RER Les Halles which will take you directly to the main railway stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon and main airport: Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly.

The studio

Recently renovated, this 25m²/270 sq ft still has its ancient wooden beams on its high ceiling and modern tiled flooring. It is on the second floor of a 18th century building without an elevator.

It is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 and a single bed for 1 adult, large closet, bar with 2 stools, coffee table and other decorations, cable TV, Hi-fi , telephone and unlimited internet access. There is a nice and convenient bar between the kitchen and the main room.
