T ypically French apartment is situated in the neighborhood of the Eiffel Tower and just 15 mins walk to the Invalides and a Military museum. It is very relaxing to go for a promenade at the Champ de Mars and walk all the way to the Trocadero where one gets an astonishing view of the majestic Eiffel Tower. There are 2 museums at the Trocadero and not far is the famous Asian arts musé Guimet. The apartment is also close to the Tour Montpartnasse and it has direct access to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, and the Parc Citroen.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with the bedroom facing the quiet courtyard, and measures 56m² (600 sq ft). This conveniently situated apartment has the advantage of being near lots of commerce, shops, stores and a nearby open-air market every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The living room

It is equipped with a nice bookcase era 1920, cable television, unlimited ADSL internet connection is also available.

The bedroom

The bedroom has 3 single beds + an extra bed and a hifi stereo system. The single beds may be put together to form a double bed for a couple.
Sleeping arrangement:
All the beds are in the same big room. There is a big bed in one half of the room and 2 simple beds in the other one.
The big bed can be divided in 2 single beds if you wish. The 4th bed is placed on a carpet on the floor (parquet), but the mattress is the same as the others. This to have much more space  when there are less people coming.  The 2 halves of the sleeping room have independant access and lights, but there  is no privacy. The 2 halves are separated only by the green wooden frame you can see in the pictures.

Kitchen

It is fully equipped with a stove, an electric oven, micro-wave oven, a refrigerator and a complete set of kitchen utensils.

The bathroom

The bathroom of this apartment has a long bath with the possibility of shower in bath. The toilet is separate.

Unlimited ADSL internet connection, cable TV, washing machine.
