T his tastefully decorated, spacious, contemporary apartment of 88 square meters is located on the 2nd French floor (3rd US floor) in the heart of the trendy Marais district of Paris. Owned by an interior designer, this chic flat includes many luxury features, such as high-end dimmer-adjusted lighting, a modern well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub and stylish furnishings and art throughout.

The apartment sleeps up to six people, in a queen-sized bed in the large, privately-situated bedroom, in a queen-sized bed in the loft sleeping area, and on a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. There are many large windows throughout the flat. The elevator-equipped building was recently renovated.

The neighborhood:
The apartment is located on a quiet street, but it is very close to some of the most watched galleries in Paris and other noteworthy destinations, such as the Musée Picasso, the Musée Carnavalet and the Place des Vosges. The “Filles du Calvaire” and the “Hctel de Ville” Métro stations are nearby. The charming cafés, shops and markets of the Rue de Bretagne are just blocks away.

The bedroom:
The bedroom has three windows and is equipped with a queen size bed of 160x200 cm for 2. There are also a fan and an ironing board. The sleeping loft has a queen size bed of 140x200 cm.

The living room:
The iving room is furnished with a sofa bed of 160x200 cm. It also has HiFi, CD, DVD, telephone, a cable TV and internet access. The adjacent dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.

The kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a Nespresso coffeemaker.

The bathroom:
In the bathroom, you can find a washer, a dryer, a bathtub, a shower, a hair dryer and an iron.

Restrictions:
No smoking and no pets please.
