It is just 50 meters from Bd St Germain, close to Notre dame's Cathedral and the river and very near the Sorbonne University. Plenty of restaurants, bars, café health clubs, swimming pool, supermarkets and varied shops are available at a short walking distance (less than 200 meters). This studio of 11m2 is situated on the 4th floor of a 19th walk-up building and is most suitable for a young couple or students.
