C ozy Paris apartment situated in a small mostly residential street between Place d’Alesia and Avenue du General Leclerc. This 35 sqm. two-bedroom apartment is not far from Montparnasse with all the train connections to other parts of France. This Parisian apartment is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, theatres, and cinemas along the Avenue General Leclerc and Rue Alesia which is well known for it’s numerous branded goods at ex-stock prices.

The apartment:

This charming Paris apartment is located on the ground floor of a pre-war building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and the apartment faces a quiet street and is West oriented. The apartment has white painted walls and tiled floor almost everywhere. It is divided as follows: when you enter you find the 22 sqm. living room that opens onto an open and separate kitchen.

The bedroom:

There are 2 bedrooms. The first is on the mezzanine floor which has a queen size bed, with a skylight window, two bedside tables and lamps, a desk with a wooden stool and a writing lamp. The second is on the ground level next to the bathroom and toilets. It has a single bed and a double bed, 80 cm wide, closets, a bedside table and a lamp.

The living room:

The living room has a window facing the street and is tastefully decorated with a dining table and its matching chairs, a wooden chest of drawers with a TV, a sofa bed (140 wide) for two and a stereo and an halogen lamp. An Internet connection is also available.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is all tiled and fully equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer (combo), a small fridge, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and all the necessary utensils.

The bathroom:

The bathroom is all tiled with a small tub with a wall-mounted shower head, a washbasin with a mirror above it. Toilets are in the bathroom.

Heating and water heater are electric.
There is no washing machine in this flat
