This is the second time that I have booked a Paris apartment through your agency and again was pleased with the efficiency and ease with which the booking was managed. The apartment in Bastille was great – it was just as described and was perfect for four adults. The bedrooms were roomy and the living area was comfortable. The apartment was well heated and the internet access was a great convenience also. The location of the apartment was also extremely convenient, with amenities such as grocery stores and various bistros all just minutes away. And with the Bastille metro station only a couple of minutes walk away, it made all of Paris so easily accessible, day or night. Julia, the owner, was extremely helpful in attending to all my queries and ensuring that someone was ready to greet us and check us in (even when we had been delayed by an hour or so due to snow), and has a lovely apartment which I’m very pleased that she makes available to travelers as it really provides a great Parisian experience!! I stayed there with my 2 friends, young women. We went to Paris for sightseeing, shopping and rest. The district is nice, safe, good grade-crossing elimination structure. There are several underground lines, including 1st (the most central), and RER A line, which goes to Disneyland and La Valee de Vilage (discounted shopping village), and La Defance. The building is old, very nice. You feel that you are Parisian! The apartment is very nice, clean, very good equipped. The living room is magical, with all this antique furniture. We were amazed with this. We had 2 keys, it is very convenient. What is also important that the apartment looks like “living”, I mean not like “daily rented”. The feeling was like the owner just left to the shop or somewhere for awhile. There is real Parisian view from the windows. The kitchen has all necessary and even more. Re your agency. I will recommend you to my friends because you are very professional and helpful. It was my first experience with the apartment abroad rented through the agency and I am completely satisfied. MG San Francisco, USA [Read full testimonilas] Hi Allorenta, At first glance I thought that the apartment at 56 Rue de l'Arbe was going to be too small for the comfort of myself and my companion, but after the first night we realized that it was probably much larger than a hotel room and a fraction of the price! The futon bed The building is typical Old Paris with a spiral wooden staircase and passage way through a tiny interior courtyard to get to the rear apartments. The balcony actually faces in towards this tiny courtyard. The building has two security doors and the stairs are very well lit. The most incredible part about this apartment is it's location. Situated only a block or two away from the Louvre, Metro, the extremely affordable rue de Rivoli Shopping district and only a short stroll to the windy streets of Old Paris with all the restaurants you could ever imagine. Pierre, the property manager was absolutely tremendous. He was there when we arrived and explained everything thoroughly plus made arrangements with us for our early morning departure at the end of our stay. Even though the apartment was far from being a romantic Parisian get away, it was certainly clean, affordable and so incredibly convenient that you couldn't help but fall in love with it! Because of it's location we had the ability to enjoy our evenings sipping wine, seeing the sites and found ourselves in the apartment to drink our late evening bottle of wine, sleep and have our coffee and freshly baked goodies in the morning! With a bakery 2 minutes away and the wine store as a neighbor (a fantastic bottle of wine for 4 euro!!)...you just can't go wrong! There was ample room for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the location convenient to many metro stations. We enjoyed the cafes and the markets near by. We were met at the apartment on time and received excellent instructions about transport and services nearby. We particularly enjoyed the park opposite and spent a few afternoons there just watching the world go by. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in Paris. El dueño del departamento siempre fue muy amable con nosotros en nuestras comunicaciones, estuvieron a tiempo para recibirnos cuando llegamos, el departamento era idéntico a las fotos mostradas en la página de internet, estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. En el departamento había todo lo que se podía necesitar (microondas, refrigerador, lavadora, estufa, trastes, televisión, internet, teléfono, calefacción e inclusive secadora de cabello).
