[Read full testimonilas]  This was our first visit to Paris and we had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment in the Marais district was perfect. We were met promptly as arranged by Anthony to receive the keys to the apartment . He went over the apt. amenities, (internet service etc. ) and gave us a few suggestions on where to eat and shop in the neighborhood. We arranged to meet the night before our departure so he could return our deposit and we could make arrangement to return keys as we needed to leave the apt. very early in the AM for our return flight to the US. Again he was prompt and and very helpful. The professional and friendly service was great! The apartment was located on the 3rd floor and required the climbing of 52 steps . We did not find this a problem (and we are a middle aged couple with the usual aches and pains!) as we usually on had to climb the stairs twice a day.And had the added benefit of helping us not to gain too much weight while we sampled the great cuisine of Paris. I only mention it in case someone has physical limitations and cannot do stairs. The apartment is small but perfectly fine for (2) adults particularly as we did not spend much time in the apt.. It was clean, and the queen size bed was comfortable. It was exactly what we expected from what we saw on the website. The price was more reasonable than any hotel room we could find, and had the added bonus of kitchen facilities. We did not cook( as the food in Paris was to good to miss) but did like having the facilities for breakfast and snacks. The apartment was clean and well presented in a wonderful central position in Paris St. Germain. Although small, as to be expected from a studio apartment, it was safe, secure, quiet, well appointed and more than met our requirements. One of the bedrooms has a large table which makes it ideal also as a living room. We had two unusual requests (late check-on and late check-out) and the owner was very kind and cooperative to accepts both without any hassle. The apartment is advertised as being close to the dupleix metro station (which is it) but it is also close to two other stations. It is in walking distance from the Eiffel tower and right above a supermarket and a pharmacy. We would love to get back to this apartment if we'll ever be in Paris again.
