Notre-DameB89 studio - Hi, My wife & I stayed in an apartment in The Latin Quarter at 8 rue de la Harpe, 75005 Paris organized by yourselves. We'd just like to thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment itself is of a good size & very large compared to standard Paris hotel rooms. The location is perfect, close to the Metro & the Notre Dame. Our dealings with you were always efficient & professional. You provided us all the necessary details & the owner met us at the apartment as organized. The apartment was wonderful & we had a fantastic time. We would definitely stay there again although only in winter as there was no air-conditioning when we stayed there (the in-room heating was excellent). Our Latin Quarter apartment was steps away from the Metro stop, but within walking distance of Notre Dame. The apartment was fantastic--clean, well-furnished and with internet access! We were very happy with our accomodations and the location. The owner was easy to work with except for the fact that her representative did not speak English and unfortunately, I do not speak French or Spanish. It took some creative communication to settle the bill, but we managed in the end. If we vacation in Paris again, we will use Allorenta as the quality and service is outstanding. Thank you for helping us have a very memorable Paris vacation. Faye Lemieux Faye Lemieux Providence - USA Pantheon Loft.93 apartment - I wanted to write and express my thanks to the staff at Allorenta as well as the landlord of the Pantheon Loft. 93. This apartment was the perfect solution for a 40-something single dad, teenage son, and 60-something grandmother! The loft gave my son the "space" he needed and the fold out sofas in the other rooms gave the grown-ups theirs. While there is a washer/dryer in the apartment, there's also a Laundromat a little over a block away--to get everything finished at once. Eric Keyser is about a 5-minute walk which allows fresh Madeleines to become a breakfast staple, Champion (rue Monge) is about 10 minutes for any other food needs. The landlord was very accommodating, the apartment was pleasant, and it was even more difficult than usual to leave our Paris home! We were extremely pleased with the apartment in all respects. The apartment was very clean and well equiped with all items needed including kitchenware, towels, linens etc. The building was extremely quiet and well kept. The location was fabulous- we loved being one block from the subway, and the surrounding neighbourhood was lovely with many street markets, great restaurants, shops etc. and we felt very safe and completely comfortable there. We did not meet the owners, but the property manager was very nice and accommodating, and all arrangements were carried out exactly as we wished. We could not have been happier and we had a wonderful time in the great city of Paris!! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay. The location was outstanding, the flat clean and convenient (except for the no elevator thing, but we got a good workout!) and although there was VERY LOUD construction going on, it was only during the weekdays, daytime hours. There was an incredible shopping district as far as food markets, restaurants, etc about one block from the flat. Metro connections are convenient to the flat. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay; even though our flight was delayed by several hours, someone was there to meet us. We would stay there again without hesitation. It was as close as possible to home, away from home! The arrangements were clear and simple through your service. Please contact us for further info if needed. The Republique neighborhood was excellent for shopping, dining, and simply enjoying the atmosphere of Paris, and yet as we were two blocks from the main square, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. It was so easy to make reservations through Allorenta, and the apartment was exactly as described. I had two young children with me and we were all very comfortable. Thomas was very accommodating to anything I needed. This apartment was also in a great location. Not too much to say, really. Everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice, the placement superbe (but we knew that in advance). Karen is the example of flexibility and friendliness. Over the past 30 years we have been to Paris more than once a year, and have experienced hotels all over the scale. This is our fourth time renting a private apartment rather than choosing a hotel, and we find it highly preferable. We even made a wrong turn and Nicole was nice enough to come pick us and our baggage up, what a lifesaver that was. They had a couple sets of keys, all the directions on how to use everything, phone numbers to call for them, Taxis and emergencies. The apartment was immaculate. Their neighbor was originally from the US and helped us out many a time and became a friend. We were a couple of miles from the Eiffel Tower and a few blocks from the subway which we used every day. There are bakeries and cafes and little grocery stores all around, it was a great location. One couple was downstairs on a convertable sofa and we were upstairs in the queen bed. Pantheon Loft.93 apartment - I wanted to write and express my thanks to the staff at Allorenta as well as the landlord of the Pantheon Loft. 93. Republique-duplex.97 apartment - We really enjoyed our stay in Paris; the apartment was well provisioned, convenient to the shops and Metro, and very comfortable. The Republique neighborhood was excellent for shopping, dining, and simply enjoying the atmosphere of Paris, and yet as we were two blocks from the main square, the apartment was quiet and peaceful.
