LENGTH OF STAY
Are the rental prices of your Paris apartments all-inclusive?
Yes, they are. The price quoted includes everything: agency fee, end off stay cleaning fee, taxes, heating, electricity, hot water, sheets and towels, basics for your arrival, etc. However, monthly usually do not include utility charges which are billed according to consumption.
Is the price for per person or per apartment?
The price quoted is for the entire apartment.
Is there someone to make our bed everyday?
Unlike hotels, there is no daily room service. This means that the guest upkeeps and maintain their flat, all dishes and rubbish/trash need to be cleared on a daily basis. Maid service may be ordered from the owner when you check in, at your cost.
Do we need to pay them a security deposit?
Yes because it is for breakages/damages. The amount of the refundable security deposit depends on the type of apartment selected. Please check with us upon reservation. This is returned by the owner at the end of your stay. Most property owners accept personal checks in all major currencies. It may be send to us via credit card too.
After we rent your Paris apartment, how do we get the keys?
There is no collection of keys. The owners check in their guest. For as long as you give them your flight arrival information, they will make arrangement to be at the apartment in good time.
Are the apartments heated?
Yes, all our apartments are heated. Some are taken care-off by the building management, some are individually managed, most of them are electric.
LENGTH OF STAY
What is your minimum length of stay?
Some of our apartments has a daily rate. The others has a minimum length of stay of seven nights and only accept bookings for fewer nights if they are close to your travel dates or if there is a gap of a few nights between two renters. For extra nights beyond the first week, we simply charge the pro rata nightly rental rate.
STARTING AND ENDING DAY
Are your Paris rentals from Saturday to Saturday?
No, you may arrive any day of the week as long as we have availability and you schedule to depart anyday, a week or more later. We think this allows you to get the best travel fares.
What are you cancellation terms?
We refund all cancellations that occur at least three months prior to customer's arrival date.
UNCERTAIN OF DATES
I am still not sure of my trip plan. After having confirmed my reservation, would it be possible to change my dates of arrival and departure?
Yes. If the selected apartment is not available for your new dates, you will need to select other apartments until you find a suitable one for you without any charge. However, description and price of the new apartment might be different.
Are the apartments located near good local transport?
Yes! All the apartments are centrally located and are thus within five-ten minutes of the metro, bus and local RER lines.
Do you explain to us how to find the apartment and the best way to get there?
Yes, and we will give you the necessary information upon request including an area map.
ANYTHING TO BRING
Are your apartment rentals fully equipped, or do we need to bring anything?
Our apartments are completely equipped with everything from bed linens to towels, appliances, dishes, and complete cookware; we want you to feel at home in Paris the minute you arrive. We describe each apartment in thorough detail on our site. Toiletries (soap and shampoing) and other personal effects are not included.
HOW TO BOOK
Please email us an Enquiry to confirm availability and when you are ready to book, let us know. We will send you a payment instructions to secure it. We ask for about 25% payment now and the remainder of the payment plus refundable security deposit is usually required only at your arrival, except for monthly rental.
EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is usually in the afternoon and check-out time is before 11 am. However, guests often arrive early and we do all that we can to accommodate them. Just keep in mind that the previous guests may still be in the apartment and that the cleaner needs to be able to clean the apartment prior to turning it over to you. If you have a flight arriving extremely early in the morning, many guests rent the apartments beginning the previous day, so that they can get right in, knowing that the cleaning will already have been done.
If you need to check-out later than 11 am, please ask the owner if that is possible or is there a place to leave your baggages.
