The Neka museum, a short walk from the villa, has the most interesting collection of painting on the island made by outstanding Balinese, other Indonesian, and foreign artists inspired by Bali. The collection is displayed in spacious Balinese - styled buildings surrounded by attractive gardens.


The Museum also has a small library, book- shop, cafetaria, and large gallery for temporary displays of works by well- known and new artists. The Museum is open daily, except on major Balinese holidays, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
